The Agreement provides for cooperation in sales of CS21 diesel engines (1320…1760 kW at 1000 rpm) and CS23 gas engines (from 1600 kW), as well as subsequent service maintenance and supply of spare parts for Customers from Russia and Azerbaijan. The engines are developed by the Shanghai Marine Diesel Engine Research Institute and are supplied for the needs of state and private Customers. In addition, the Agreement provides for cooperation in the development of design documentation, delivery and service maintenance of “BFMP” equipment packages for Customers in Russia and Azerbaijan.
